At Full Life Family Chiropractic, we believe that everyone deserves to enjoy an enhanced expression of health. We also acknowledge that our body is innately intelligent and capable of healing and self-repair. There is an innate intelligence that flows and pulses through our central nervous system: Life is supplied to all tissues and organs.
Our love of people and the passion in our work are behind everything we do. We’re here to find solutions that help your body function the way it was designed, to give our patients hope, and to offer a new path where drugs and surgery could not. Above all, our chiropractic care team prioritizes you and your success.
Living life to the fullest starts with proper neuro-spinal hygiene.
Spinal misalignments create mechanical torsion on the spinal cord. When allowed to persist, they irritate the delicate nerve tissues in the area and interfere with the flow of life. Brain-body communication gets compromised, leading to a host of symptoms and abnormal function.
The nerves are the wiring system within us. Every cell, tissue and organ is connected to our brain via the nerves that travel through our spine. Protected by the top two cervical bones, the brainstem is most crucial, as it keeps us alive. It coordinates and controls all vital autonomic functions, making it “Houston Control.”
Your body’s ability to heal is far greater than you’ve been permitted to believe. The body is innately intelligent and capable of healing and self-repair: this is our default program. However, it requires a balanced nerve system to function properly. We call this normal.
Sarah was first introduced to the world of chiropractic during her childhood when she developed scoliosis. As a young professional ballet dancer, she learned how important chiropractic care would be for maintaining a healthy body, and a full life. After several years of performing, she would later go on to receive her degree in Fine Arts from York University and become an accomplished teacher and choreographer. Now, her journey has brought her back to chiropractic as she continues to pursue her passion for the human body, health, and well-being on the Full Life Family Chiropractic team!
